R v El-Gazzaz (2005 Central Criminal Court) for 1st Defendant in seven handed Hounslow West Underground murder
R v Mushtaq (2005) House of Lords; (2002) Court of Appeal - confessions and Article 6 of Human Rights Convention.
R v Z (2003) 1 WLR 1489 - duress.
R v Clarke, Hammersley and Others (1999 Kingston Crown Court) - then largest seizure of ecstasy tablets by NCS.
R v O'Moore, Cummins & Malik (1997 Snaresbrook Crown Court) - NHS Prescription Fraud, stayed for abuse of process with CPS bearing costs of 750,000 pounds.
R v Sogunro & MacCauley (1995 Central Criminal Court) - death arising from exorcism of evil spirits.
