Damian has a general common law practice.
He has particular experience in criminal trials involving the production or commercial supply of controlled drugs and in proceedings brought under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
His civil practice includes advising in personal injury claims and contract disputes and general civil litigation.
Damian has an LL.M in French and European law from the Sorbonne. As such, he is a fluent French speaker and has an interest in cases with an Anglo-French dimension.
