Employers who employ workers in breach of immigration law risk paying a penalty of up to 10k per worker which can only be challenged in court by appeal.
This ninety minute presentation covers the steps necessary for employers to avoid a penalty, challenge it, or fight it in court. Accredited by the Law Society for 1.5 hours' C.P.D. points.
