Charlotte Arundale secures not guilty verdicts for client facing trial for sexual assault, strangulation, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Following a trial at Winchester Crown Court, Charlotte Arundale’s client was acquitted of all counts facing him.

Charlotte made a successful submission of no case to answer for the count of sexual assault. The jury were accordingly directed to return a not guilty verdict.

Following this, the trial continued for counts of non-fatal strangulation and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. The jury unanimously acquitted the defendant of all remaining counts.
