Profile

Dermot is a practicing member of the Bar of Ireland since 2005. He undertakes a wide civil practice with a focus on equity actions concerning property disputes, including proprietary estoppel, trespass and rights of way; tort and personal injury law in which he has a large defence practice on behalf of public and State bodies; and advisory and litigation work for local authorities.
