His practice further encompasses serious sexual offence cases, including multi-handed rape, arranging or facilitating sexual activity with a child, and offences involving indecent images, as well as cases involving large-scale drug supply, money laundering, fraud, and serious driving offences.

He has particular experience advancing legal arguments relating to abuse of process and the admissibility of evidence, and has been invited to deliver lectures on abuse of process, reflecting his growing reputation in this area. George was originally called to the Bar in 2006 before qualifying and practising as a solicitor and Higher Court Advocate. Over more than a decade, he built a strong reputation for his courtroom advocacy, appearing regularly in the Crown Court in a wide range of serious criminal matters. In 2023, he began practising as a member of the Bar, completing the professional path he first embarked upon many years earlier.
