A family law specialist with over 15 years’ experience in financial relief matters, public and private law children cases, and trusts of land proceedings, Jasvir is a knowledgeable practitioner in all areas of family law.

He understands the needs of vulnerable clients, particularly where there are allegations of abuse or domestic violence, and he is able to communicate complex legal issues in simple terms.

He has represented hundreds of parents, grandparents, Guardians and intervenors in the following:

  • care proceedings involving neglect or serious non-accidental injuries
  • residence and contact matters
  • international child abduction
  • domestic and international relocations
  • High Court proceedings
  • Hague Convention applications

In divorce and financial relief cases, he has a strong level of expertise in the following:
