Senior Family Law Practitioner, with extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of Family Law. Julie also has experience in the Court of Protection and a background in general common law.

CHILDREN AND FAMILIES

Primary areas of work are in Children Act and Divorce Proceedings, representing families involved in child abuse and care proceedings; also parents and grandparents on issues of residence, contact, child abduction and international relocations including Hague Convention cases. Julie also has experience in several cases involving surrogate parents and same-sex parenting cases. Julie is a highly effective practitioner and has particular expertise in dealing with vulnerable adults and children.

FINANCIAL REMEDIES

All aspects of financial remedies including cases with an international dimension with a particular emphasis on Italy and Europe and consultancy work in Antigua. Julie covers cases at all levels of complexity and total net worth.
