Kieran has a general Crime practice acting on behalf of both the prosecution and defence. He has represented and prosecuted defendants at trial in a wide range of cases, including firearms, intent to supply Class A drugs, Sexual Offences, GBH and Fraud.

Kieran prosecutes on behalf of the CPS as a Grade 2 panel advocate in General Crime and is frequently instructed as disclosure counsel by the Serious Fraud Office, Financial Conduct Authority and HMRC. Kieran also is experienced in dealing with road traffic offences. Often being instructed privately to defend drivers facing the imposition of points or disqualification and is well versed in making successful applications of exceptional hardship or special reasons.
