Natasha qualified as a Solicitor and specialised in Criminal Defence before transferring to the bar in 2015. In the last few years as a Solicitor she largely worked as a Higher-Courts Advocate, representing people at the Crown Court.

In recent years Natasha has been dealing with cases which involve conspiracy to murder, high value fraud, Grievous Bodily Harm, Robbery and Drug Supply cases amongst others.

Natasha undertakes Prosecution work and has also been accredited by the Legal Aid Agency to undertake VHCC (Very High Cost Case) work.

R v KR [2019] – Lewes Crown Court – Represented the Defendant accused of sexually grooming a child online, and then meeting with her. The Defendant was accused of sexual activity with the child on two occasions;

R v RL [2019] – Lewes Crown Court – Represented the Defendant accused of raping his 14 year old step-daughter, causing her to become pregnant. The case involved the cross-examination of the child with the assistance of an intermediary;

R v DC [2019] – Southwark Crown Court – Represented the Defendant who was accused of theft. The theft involved Rolex watches worth tens of thousands of pounds;

R v TP [2019] – Maidstone Crown Court – Prosecuted the Defendant accused of fraudulently posing as a travel agent in order to take money from people who believed that they were buying flights and accommodation. Over £50 000 was taken, with people left marooned in other countries as the flights had not been booked;

R v LS [2019] – Lewes Crown Court. – Represented Defendant accused of causing a facial fracture to a member of the public;

R v TC [2019] – Lewes Crown Court – Prosecuted a man accused of making indecent images of children, thereby breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order which had been imposed for previous sexual offending;

R v PM [2019] – Harrow Crown Court – Defended a man accused of robbing his own mother in the street assaulting her and stamping on her while she was on the ground;

R v MK [2019] – Harrow Crown Court – Represented the Defendant who was accused of being in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Successful application to have the case dismissed before trial;

R v JM [2019] – Lewes Crown Court – Represented a man accused of stabbing a man multiple times while he was on the floor, including once in the neck, causing grievous bodily harm;

R v JD [2019] – Lewes Crown Court – Represented a lady accused of perverting the course of justice. She was accused of being involved in paying someone to say that they were guilty of an offence when they were not. Of the 4 defendants involved in this case, she was the only one that was found not guilty;

R v MW [2019] – Lewes Crown Court – Prosecuted a man who had supplied class A drugs to someone, which resulted in that person’s death;

R v SB [2019] – Lewes Crown Court – Defendant accused of smuggling drugs in to Lewes Prison;

R v LM [2018] – Lewes Crown Court – Prosecuted a lady accused of arson with intent to endanger life – said to have set fire to a dwelling house on purpose;

R v SA [2018] – Lewes Crown Court – Represented a man accused of selling counterfeit cigarettes. The Prosecution were seeking a Confiscation Order requiring him to pay £205 000. Successfully limited the order to £2500;

R v NC [2018] – Lewes Crown Court – Knife-point robbery of £50 000 worth of Celtic, Medieval, Roman and Viking coins and artefacts;

R v KBQ [2018] – Lewes Crown Court – Prosecuted a lady accused of stabbing someone in the street causing grievous bodily harm;

R v MR [2018] – Lewes Crown Court – Prosecuted a man accused of causing grievous bodily harm. The Defendant had assaulted a member of the public, causing permanent brain damage;

R v DM [2017] – Lewes Crown Court – Represented a man accused of sexually assaulting a stranger in the street;

R v MM [2017] – Lewes Crown Court – Represented a man who was accused of raping his ex-partner;

R v SA [2017] – Southwark Crown Court – Represented a man who was accused of sexually assaulting a girl on a bus;

R v NN [2017] – Lewes Crown Court – Represented a man accused of sexually assaulting a 17 year old waitress who worked in his restaurant;

R v GVP [2017] – Lewes Crown Court and the Court of Appeal – Represented a man accused of homophobically aggravated grievous bodily harm;

R v JA [2017] – Kingston Crown Court – Represented a nurse accused of ill-treating a patient in a care home for people with dementia;

R v MM & Others [2016 and 2017] – Inner London Crown Court – Prosecuted 5 men accused of robbery, false imprisonment, possession of a firearm and grievous bodily harm;

R v ST [2016] – Croydon Crown Court – Represented a man accused of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs. The Defendant did not attend for his trial and the trial proceeded without him. He was found not guilty in his absence;

R v MB [2016] – Lewes Crown Court – Prosecuted a man accused of running a mail-order drug supply business;

R v RF [2016] – The Old Bailey – Defended a man accused of grooming a child online and breach of Sexual Harm Prevention Order that had been imposed for previous sexual offending;

R v GR [2016] – Lewes Crown Court – prosecuted a man accused of sexually assaulting his ex-wife, having been convicted of doing so on a previous occasion;

R v BJ [2016] – Southwark Crown Court – Represented a man accused of 30 offences of being concerned in the supply of drugs. Successfully avoided custody;

R v NH [2016] – Truro Crown Court – Represented a man accused of historically sexually abusing 2 young family members over a period of time;

R v JN [2016] – Lewes Crown Court – Represented a man accused of sexually assaulting an 8 year old child family member;
