Profile

Practice Groups: Family, Mediation

Paula advises on all aspects of family law, but specialises in Ancillary Relief (Divorce and settling the financial arrangements) and parents/family members who are in disagreement over how a child should live their life or where a child should live. Paula’s decades of experience at the Bar are clear evidence of her strong track record for customer satisfaction and that she has earned the respect of Judges and those who instruct her.

Paula works hard to ensure all clients (those on legal aid to those whose net worth is millions) receive the same professional service and the benefit of advice that is based on over 20 years of experience. Her clients are impressed at her understanding of their particular needs, how to apply and interpret the law to meet those particular needs and the fact that nothing seems to phase her.

The consequences of the breakdown of a relationship are often highly emotive and require a special set of skills, both professional and personal to help reassemble the pieces, particularly if the case involves relocating a child abroad, a family owned business or where assets are held overseas.

Memberships
