Tom accepts instructions in all areas of family law such as public and private children matters, and matrimonial finance. Tom also accepts instructions in all criminal defence matters in the Magistrates’, Youth and Crown Courts.

Tom worked at a legal charity as a paralegal where they assisted with legal aid work and pro-bono advice and representation on all family law matters. In this role Tom has worked on reported matters before the President of the Family Division. Additionally, Tom worked at Finding Legal Options for Women Survivors (FLOWS), providing legal services for survivors of domestic abuse.

Tom additionally has completed legal internships in New Delhi, working at the Delhi Commission for Women, High Court, and Supreme Court of India.
