Charlotte Arundale, instructed by Allan Steele, represented an air specialist accused of sexual assault.

The case concerned parties that were largely unknown to each other, immediate reports by the complainant, and an alleged eye-witness.

Following a three day trial in the Catterick Court Martial Centre, and just over an hour of deliberation by the six-person Board, the client was acquitted.
