Ivan Krolick appeared on behalf of the defendant in IPE Marble Arch Ltd -v- Moran, reported at [2024] EWHC 1375 (KB), instructed by Bishop & Light of Hove, and successfully argued that the private prosecutor’s application to the High Court for permission to prefer a voluntary bill of indictment should be dismissed. This was after HHJ Tomlinson at Southwark Crown Court had agreed with Mr Krolick that the first prosecution against the his client should be thrown out.
